Join us for a dynamic and validating virtual workshop focused on adapting Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills for neurodivergent individuals. Facilitated by Stacy Blankenship, LCSW, this 90-minute training explores how traditional DBT tools like emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and mindfulness can be adjusted to be more inclusive, accessible, and effective for those with ADHD, Autism, sensory sensitivities, and other neurodivergent identities.
