My approach combines evidence-based techniques such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, EMDR, and Trauma-focused therapy with a personalized and empathetic touch. I believe in empowering my clients to build resilience, develop coping skills, and foster a deeper understanding of themselves to make significant positive changes towards growth and health.
Holding a Master’s in Clinician Mental Health Counseling and licensed as a mental health counselor, addiction counselor, and clinical supervisor, I continuously pursue professional development to provide the highest standard of care. Together, we can work to navigate life’s complexities and work toward achieving greater balance and fulfillment.
