Everyone in the office, both Garner and Clayton are committed to excellence in the practice. They all stop and say hi when passing through the waiting area, and engage in conversation if they are not busy. It's been nice seeing the growth and the consistency in support.

Aryan has exceeded my expectations as a therapist.   • Organizational Coaching through the Calm and Focused lens is all about creating a grounded and intentional business culture where teams and leaders can reconnect with the goals, mission and values of a company, working together to maximize the efficiency and outcome of their efforts. It’s digging into processes and challenges to identify root issues and obtainable solutions to function in the grind while showing up with clarity, focus, and a deep sense of direction, even in the face of challenges.

    This coaching style focuses on helping organizations build resilience, improve communication, and foster genuine collaboration. It's designed to untangle the noise, clarify objectives, and empower individuals at every level to contribute their best while staying aligned with the bigger picture.

    Key elements of a #CalmAF Organizational include:  Mindful Leadership, Team Allignement, Resilience Building, Purpose-Driven Culture.

    In short, it’s about achieving more while doing less by doing things better—with more clarity. This approach cultivates an environment where calm and focus drive success, making every member of the organization feel ready to take on whatever comes next.

  • Yes we do accept interns! In fact, one of our founding therapists has extensive experience supervising interns and internship programs!
