Hello,

Im a therapist who is deeply interested in how people function—how we think, regulate emotions, manage responsibilities, navigate change, and build systems that help life work better.

I’m especially drawn to people who feel like they are constantly overwhelmed, overthinking, shutting down, carrying too much, struggling to stay organized, repeating patterns they do not fully understand, or feeling like they have to work twice as hard just to keep up. I also work well with people whose past experiences still show up in the way they think, relate, react, and move through the world.

I help clients make sense of those patterns, understand themselves more deeply, and create practical strategies that support the way they actually think, feel, and function.
I do this work because I believe therapy should give people more than insight. I want clients to leave with stronger self-understanding, practical tools, and systems that genuinely improve their quality of life.
