Ashley Esry, LICSW, LCSW, LCAS

Ashley Esry, LICSW, LCSW, LCAS, is a psychotherapist and educator licensed in Massachusetts and North Carolina. She has over a decade of experience across various levels of care including inpatient detox, residential, partial hospitalization, and outpatient levels of care for co-occurring mental health and addiction disorders. In private practice since 2020, Ashley currently specializes in working with complex

trauma, mood disorders, and attachment issues, utilizing a blend of her post-graduate training that includes Internal Family Systems (level 2) Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (level 2), EMDR (level 2), and Polyvagal Theory. Since 2022, Ashley has also been teaching continuing education

workshops, sharing her passion for experiential, evidence-based interventions with fellow mental health providers.
