🌿 ABOUT THIS GROUP Restoring Resilience is a six-session trauma-informed group experience created specifically for veterans navigating PTSD, reintegration challenges, emotional suppression, isolation, and the long-term impacts of military service. Using restorative practices, CBT/DBT-informed coping skills, narrative processing, somatic grounding, and psychoeducation on PTSD and reintegration, this group provides a structured, safe space for meaningful connection, emotional processing, and practical skill development.
