Hayden Ritchie

MSW Intern

Hello! My name is Hayden.

I am a second-year Master of Social Work student at North Carolina State University, where I also earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have developed a deep passion for providing mental health support that is both individualized and empowering.

My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that every person’s story is unique. I strive to tailor treatment methods to meet the specific needs of each individual, fostering a therapeutic environment where clients feel seen, understood, and supported.

I am especially committed to serving marginalized and underserved populations, recognizing the importance of accessible, compassionate care for all. My goal is to not only be a resource but also an advocate—helping clients build resilience, embrace their strengths, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
