Bryson Bridges
LCSWA
34 Oleander Dr #104, Clayton, NC 27527, USA
Hey everyone, my name is Bryson.
Life can throw many unexpected challenges at us and sometimes we may need a little help to remind ourselves who we are and that we can persevere. As a therapist, I aim to provide a warm and welcoming environment so we can explore ways to foster the best version of you. I am a firm believer that having someone who believes in your potential can go a long way. And I’m excited to go on this journey with you!
A little bit about myself, I obtained my Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Go Tarheels!) and my Master of Social Work from Walden University. Professionally, I have experience in case management, intensive in-home therapy, and higher levels of care such as PHP and IOP. I am trained in various therapy modalities including CBT, REBT, Motivational Interviewing, Relapse Prevention, and Person Centered Therapy. Additionally, I am LGBTQ+ and gender affirming!
In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, traveling (both domestic and abroad), as well as arts and crafts!
